Die Hard was released in july, sometimes people want to see things that aren’t there. Use your brain for funks sake, that’s how screenwriting works, to validate a script and makes sense of it they will use a catch, that catch was the only season the president will ever come to the headquarters and be with his employees, to make sure the villains’ plans wouldn’t go to waste, they chose a date where he was going to be without hesitation, if they go any friday of the year, most likely he wouldn’t be there. Stop the Bullshit and stop making people believe what you want Die Hard to be.
